We are looking for a Rig Materials Coordinator in Toowoomba, QLD and Darling Downs, QLD for our rig operations.
3 weeks on, 3 weeks off - FIFO out of Toowoomba, QLD.

This role is ideally suited to those that are looking to expand their existing supply chain experience into an exciting and rewarding career within the Oil and Gas industry.

Responsibilities

Inventory Reconciliation
Purchasing & Supply of Equipment and supplies for Rig Operations
Maintaining Equipment Registers and Certification Databases
Maintaining and updating of supplies and documentation
Vendor and Supplier Relationship Management
Reporting, Planning and Forecasting for planned maintenance and project requirements.
Supporting and collaborating with infield Management to support the Rig Operations.

Qualifications & Experience Requirements

Preferred 5 years purchasing experience in oilfield or other heavy, industrial environment
Minimum two years' experience supervising other staff (preferred)
At least 5 years ERP / MRP experience in supply environment (desirable
AX Microsoft Dynamics)
Certificate IV Purchasing (or similar)
Formal dangerous goods training
Current drivers and forklift license
