We are looking for a Rig Materials Coordinator in Toowoomba, QLD and Darling Downs, QLD for our rig operations.
3 weeks on, 3 weeks off - FIFO out of Toowoomba, QLD.

Responsibilities
- Inventory Reconciliation
- Purchasing & Supply of Equipment and supplies for Rig Operations
- Maintaining Equipment Registers and Certification Databases
- Maintaining and updating of supplies and documentation
- Vendor and Supplier Relationship Management
- Reporting, Planning and Forecasting for planned maintenance and project requirements.
- Supporting and collaborating with infield Management to support the Rig Operations.
Qualifications & Experience Requirements
- Preferred 5 years purchasing experience in oilfield or other heavy, industrial environment
- Minimum two years' experience supervising other staff (preferred)
- At least 5 years ERP / MRP experience in supply environment (desirable
- AX Microsoft Dynamics)
- Certificate IV Purchasing (or similar)
- Formal dangerous goods training
- Current drivers and forklift license
