About the Role
As Guest Service Concierge you will work closely with the Front of House Manager and will be the face and custodian of the BOQ client floor.
You'll be responsible for the welcoming of clients, guests and employees to the floor, providing a seamless experience upon arrival & departure.
The intention of the role is to ensure the client experience is delivered to the highest quality of service standards, whilst operating the space at maximum efficiency and productivity and providing guest services including storage of guest luggage, transportation assistance, directions, courier services, beverage offerings, relevant information about events and attractions in the local CBD areaAbout you
We are on the lookout for a high energy, friendly and personable Guest Services Concierge who has experience delivering exceptional customer service in a professional setting.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work unsupervised, as well as in a team
- Ability to deal with several tasks, either in person or on the phone
- Understand instructions and complete tasks in a timely manner
- High attention to detail
- Strong time management skills
- Customer Service/concierge/catering experience would be ideal
- Good working knowledge of Word and Excel
