As a Senior-Level Payroll Analyst, you will be responsible for processing monthly and fortnightly payroll for our New Zealand entity.

Description
Duties include:
- Administer and process payroll according to internal procedures.
- Ensure precise and timely payment calculations, including taxes and deductions.
- Provide exceptional customer support, handling offcycle or replacement payments.
- Review information for general ledger entries and financial reporting associated with payroll.
- Participate in the review and preparation of data for payrollrelated tax returns and withholding forms.
- Complete yearend processes, including adjustments, tax statements, and tax filing review.
- Act as an internal and external resource for payrollrelated inquiries.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects and maintain payroll process documentation.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and payrollrelated legislation.
Profile
To excel in this role, you should have:
- 3-5 years of experience in payroll processing.
- Experience covering New Zealand payroll
- Strong expertise in ADP Payforce platform is essential.
- Proficiency in payroll administration and tax regulations.
- Excellent problemsolving and communication skills.
- A strategic mindset and a keen eye for process improvement.
