ABOUT THE POSITION:


T
he successful applicant will have:

  • Demonstrated ability to work in highpressure, highvolume customer service environments.
  • Demonstrated customer focus, including effective teamwork and internal communications.
  • Demonstrated high level communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability for problem solving and conflict resolution
  • Demonstrated experience in providing quality service in a contact centre or equivalent telephone and/or online based environment
  • Ability to source and comprehend high volumes of information and provide accurate and relevant information back to customers
  • The successful applicant is required to undergo a Working with Children Check and be assessed as suitable (new employees are required to meet this cost).

OTHER INFORMATION:

These are both Part-time (0.6FTE), Ongoing positions. The salary on offer is $56,834 pro-rata, per annum (Base of Grade) + 11% superannuation.

  • This position is required to work according to a roster which regularly requires them to work on a Saturday or Sunday or Public Holiday or outside the Span of Hours._
