About the role:

Skills and experience require to perform the role:

Qualification or experience in civil construction and/or traffic management, with an understanding of roadworks, inspections, and compliance in these areas.
Ability to lead and manage a team effectively, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration
Strong organisational skills to manage programs, activities, and resources efficiently.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and provide reports.
Strong skills to address issues related to inspections, compliance, and enforcement.
Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inspections, database management, and compliance.
