About the Employer
This global

Commercial Franchise Cleaning Company is one of our valued clients and they are once again in 'growth mode'. They are looking for an Operations Co-Ordinator to work alongside their Area

Co-Ordinator.


About the Role
Training will be provided so you can be responsible for ensuring the implementation and enforcement of their Franchise Program. In this role you get to keep the client and the franchisee happy. If you're a "people person" then this is the role for you.


A snapshot of duties (Full JD available to interviewees)

  • Develop and maintain sound business relationships
  • Ensure smooth transition for franchisees from Sales to Operations.
  • Perform an average of two (2) first visit presentations daily
  • Maintain open communication with clients and Franchisees
  • Operations regarding scope of works and/or expectations

What we are looking for

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and CRM software
  • Solution focused with great communication skills
  • A background in either Franchising or Cleaning will put you at the top of the list (but is not essential)
  • Please note you must be an Aust Cit or PR to be considered
  • A Police Check will be req if you reach second interview stage
