As an Executive Manager - Work Health & Safety, you will lead a team and assume responsibilities for all Aldi WH&S practices including policy, systems and largely project management.

In this role, you will be the WH&S expert and have substantial influence over the future of Aldi's WH&S practices.


What does the role look like?

  • Lead a team of WH&S professionals
  • Drive the design, planning, development of Aldi's current and future WH&S strategies
  • Develop, maintain, and implement WH&S initiatives including internal controls, policies, etc.
  • Undertake internal audits, with a focus of identifying WH&S improvement opportunities
  • As a WH&S SME, provide technical expertise to relevant stakeholders
  • Engage with a range of stakeholders, making recommendations and influencing key decisions

What we need from you?

  • Demonstrated WH&S experience within a leadership role
  • Indepth understanding of WH&S trends, policies, and legislation
  • Proven experience in end to end, large scale project management
  • Demonstrated experience business partnering and engaging stakeholders
  • Tertiary qualified in WH&S or Law highly regarded
  • FMCG/Retail experience advantageous, but not essential
