Our client is a fantastic firm who have an outstanding reputation for their commitment to their staff, encouraging both their professional and personal ambitions.

As a Legal Assistant / Personal Assistant in this energetic team, you will provide administrative support a supportive Partner and two lawyers.

You will be part of a highly successful team that have a very collaborative approach.

Some of your duties will include;

Liaising with clients
Opening and closing files
Conducting property searches
Diary management
Monthly billing
Preparation of legal documents including formatting correspondence and documents
Assisting with other general administration duties

About you;
You will be a successful Legal Secretary with solid experience and strong organisational skills. Excellent communication skills are required along with a warm nature to suit this group. Naturally an eye for detail goes along way
