An exciting opportunity currently exists to join our customer service team in Macquarie Park as a Customer Service Coordinator.

We are looking for someone with excellent communications skills, great attention to detail and the ability to multitask.

This is a hybrid role, once you are fully trained it can be a mix of working in the office and home (if preferred).

Key responsibilities Allocate, schedule, and manage all service tickets- Quote and seek approval for billable service work- Manage the Zeiss customer and equipment database in the CRM- Close collaboration with the Field Service Engineers to schedule, manage and close service tickets

Skills & Experience- Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer service, office administration support role- Exceptional customer service skills, including professional telephone manner, attentiveness, and patience- Previous SAP Experience is advantageous- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize- Self-managed individual able to work with mínimal supervision- Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills- Intermediate to advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office and database management- Ability to learn basic technical features and common faults to assist customers with basic trouble shooting
