The role you will play


We are seeking a motivated and values driven Cafe Worker to provide quality café food and beverages, assist in the maintenance and operations of the café and deliver a high standard of service delivery to clientele of the café.

You will successfully

  • Customers are served promptly and politely
  • Customer orders are recorded clearly and accurately
  • Food preparation area is kept clean at all times
  • All stock orders are checked upon arrival
  • Cleaning is performed in accordance with the Café cleaning schedule program
  • Tables are cleared of dishes and sanitised in a timely manner
  • Personal Protective Equipment must be used at all times
  • Reporting of incidents/hazards immediately to the Team Leader or Corps Officer
We have casual positions available. Salary and conditions are in accordance with the Hospitality Industry Award Level 3.

What you can bring

  • Minimum Safe Food Handling certificate
  • Barista qualification/certificate and/or experience (highly desirable)
  • Ability to provide proof of Eligibility to Work in Australia
  • Willingness to undergo a National Criminal History Check
