The Role


We are seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Development Manager to join Lendlease Retirement Living's growing pipeline of projects in Victoria and the ACT.- Coordinating the day-to-day operations of the project, from design to delivery and execution phases.- Providing data, analysis and support to ensure the financial performance of the project and its stages are in line with the project's Development Plan.- Maintain key client and stakeholder relationships where appropriate in addition to internal stakeholder liaison and project team coordination.

Your Background- Tertiary qualification in a property related field - Property Economics, Architecture, Engineering, Project/Construction Management- You will be able to demonstrate strong communication skills and a collaborative nature- A good understanding of common planning issues- Commercial acumen which will prove invaluable when working to business plans, forecasts, and budgets- Demonstrated experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders

Please note:

The successful applicant must complete a Police Check, will be required to receive an annual flu vaccination between the months of April-October as well as provide proof of the COVID-19 Vaccination with supporting documentation prior to joining.
