Employment Type - Ongoing, Full Time


Salary - $139,787-$161,663 pa + Superannuation + Leave Loading


About the Role

What you'll do

  • Management of residential housing for inmates transitioning into the community
  • Drive the team with a strong operation goal to achieve program outcomes
  • Provide a high level of Leadership, Supervision and Management to staff and residents
  • Oversee rosters and adapt according to staffing changes and leave
  • Budgeting and conducting external reporting to ensure that the planning and delivery of support services are successful for residents and their transition into the community
  • Build and maintain internal and external stakeholder engagement

What we're looking for

  • Tertiary qualifications in a human servicerelated field (or equivalent experience in frontline human service delivery
  • Current driver's license and preparedness to drive a vehicle while performing the role. The position is oncall 24/7 and requires availability to address incidents and issues as they arise.
