We are seeking a highly motivated, proactive and organised part-time (25 hours per week) HR Adviser and Office Co-ordinator to support our friendly and dynamic Team (working on site).

Recruitment
- Overall responsibility for all aspects of organisational end to end recruitment process including:
- Review of position needs with relevant Manager.
- Organising the preparation of position description, terms and conditions.
- Management of advertising and enquiries.
- Assisting with shortlisting and interview preparation; and
- Interview support including reference checking.
- Organising the preparation of employment/engagement contracts and reviewing before issued.
- Coordinate the induction process for new employees and their training requirements.
- Liaising with IT to ensure all equipment requirements are ready for the new employees.
- Manage the probationary cycle for new employees.
- Manage the exit interview process, collate feedback and produce relevant staff turnover reports to the Directors.
- Employment Hero implementation, including training and competency matrix.
Information Management
- Manage the HR information system to ensure employee files are complete and accurate.
- Ensure all new starter information is sent to Payroll.
- Ensure all Position Descriptions' and contracts are accurate, complete and up to date.
- Provide advice and recommendations to improve operational systems and processes to improve performance.
- Ensure confidentiality requirements are always met.
Office Management
- General administrative/office duties.
- Overseeing Occupational Health and Safety.
- Assistance with resolving Building Maintenance issues as they arise.
- Assistance with coordinating office rosters.
- A qualified HR professional with experience managing a variety of HR areas with a minimum of 3 years experience.
- Sound knowledge of Western Australian employment and Worker's Compensation legislation.
- Someone who can drive culture and keep the team motivated, excited and engaged.
- A techsavvy individual who can jump in the deep end and create systems and processes.
- Someone motivated and proactive who can work autonomously.
- Demonstrated understanding of the confidentiality and advisory "balance" requirements of the role.
- Ability to work collaboratively with people, leaders and colleagues who are result driven.
- Professional approach combined with a 'can do' flexible attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia.
