In addition to their commitment to blue-chip and exotic vehicles, they are enjoying significant growth through the buying and selling of more mainstream cars.

We're seeking a motivated HR BP who aspires to grow within the HR space. This position offers an excellent opportunity to learn and develop within their dynamic HR team.


Key responsibilities include:


  • Collaborate closely with the Head of P&C to execute the People Strategy.
  • Partnering with the entire employee life cycle, including recruitment and selection, IR/ER, talent and succession planning, remuneration, and learning and development.
  • Develop and enhance our leaders' people management skills and provide guidance for effectively handling difficult conversations and overseeing performance management procedures, including handling grievances, complaints, and disciplinary issues.
  • Conduct investigations, ensuring procedural fairness and confidentiality.
  • Work closely with the HR team to ensure that the HR function operates efficiently and effectively to provide maximum value.
  • Support the wellbeing of our employees through engagement with our team and diverse stakeholders to encourage a healthy and productive work environment.
  • Oversee WH&S including completion of Bi-Annual Audits and reporting.
  • Implementation of HR policies, procedures, and processes across onboarding, training, and employee movements, to support effective people management practices that comply with Dutton and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Skills and Experience:


  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources
  • Demonstrate a strong knowledge of employment legislation, compliance and best practice.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Selfdriven and ability to work autonomously.
