Our client, a leading civil construction company with Tier 1 projects across Australia, is currently seeking experienced and motivated plant operators for their projects based in the Pilbara region of Western Australia.

The Role:

Loader
CAT 980 Loaders, bulk earthmoving loading moxy dump trucks and also rehabilitation.

Grader

CAT 16M & 140M
Maintenance grading of access and haul roads for BHP mine sites.
Excavator 20t 100t models, Bulk earthworks loading dump trucks, little trenching and GPS.

Dozer

D9T & D10T
Pushing out tip heads, general bulk earthworks.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct prestart checks on all equipment and report any faults or issues
Complete assigned tasks within set timeframes and to the required standards
Adhere to all safety procedures and protocols on site
Maintain a clean and tidy work area

Skills and Experience Required:

Previous experience operating Heavy Machinery in a mining environment (required)
Valid Australian HR Driver's License and relevant plant operating tickets (RII)
BHP, FMG or Roy Hill inductions (Desired but not essential)
Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors
Strong commitment to safety and compliance
Physically fit and able to work in a remote and challenging environment
Current National Police Clearance or ability to obtain one
