William Adams Cat are currently seeking a Service Coordinator to join our Service Department Specialisation and Component Rebuild centre at our Clayton branch.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Working closely with the Service Supervisor, you will oversee the daily work order activities for our customers ensuring timely completion.

You will play a vital role in guaranteeing our loyal customers' machinery is returned within the agreed timeframe.

A typical day will involve:

Booking and scheduling work to meet company benchmarks
Providing clear, accurate, and timely quotations for repair or replacement
Managing invoices for clear pricing and details
Liaising effectively with internal departments for repair solutions
Ensuring warranty repairs adhere to company guidelines

ABOUT YOU

If you have a mechanical trade background and are eager to progress in your career, you are suited for this challenging front-line position.

To be considered for this role, ideally, you should have:

Excellent verbal communication and rapport-building skills
The drive to deliver top-notch customer service
Intermediate computer skills using Microsoft Office suite
Ability to multitask in a dynamic setting
Strong time management skills
Proactive and helpful task approach
Commitment to safety, health, and environmental procedures

Desirable requirements:

Qualified Diesel Mechanic (or automotive trade background)
Familiarity with earth moving machinery servicing
Operational experience in the earthmoving industry
Knowledge of Caterpillar machinery and associated systems
