Description
Co-ordinate implementation and maintenance of administrative systems and procedures that support effective and timely payment practices and systems' data integrity.
- Manage the Bulk Accounts Mailbox and provide advice and support to persons lodging requests.
- Provide support to unit staff for the creation of vendor and customer master data records and the processing of purchase orders in SAP.
- Assist with general financial and human resources administration and reporting requirements.
- Maintain effective financial records.
- Assist in the delivery and coordination of other business management functions and projects as required.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships and networks within the department and across government agencies and other external bodies.
Technical/role specific - You have a familiarity with and understanding of financial systems and controls.
