Description

Co-ordinate implementation and maintenance of administrative systems and procedures that support effective and timely payment practices and systems' data integrity.


  • Manage the Bulk Accounts Mailbox and provide advice and support to persons lodging requests.
  • Provide support to unit staff for the creation of vendor and customer master data records and the processing of purchase orders in SAP.
  • Assist with general financial and human resources administration and reporting requirements.
  • Maintain effective financial records.
  • Assist in the delivery and coordination of other business management functions and projects as required.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships and networks within the department and across government agencies and other external bodies.
To be successful in this role you will be required to demonstrate capability in the following areas:
