We have a fantastic opportunity available for a dedicated and versatile Administration Assistant to support our Health & Wellness restorative programs based at The Pines.


About the role


The Restorative Care Administration Assistant is responsible for the day to day administration needs of our Health & Wellness restorative programs.

These programs include our Community Transition Care Program & our Short-Term Restorative Care program.


This role contains a breath of administration and reception tasks with the primary focus to support support & sustain our restorative program delivery.

Key responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:


  • Monitoring program referral pathways including addressing enquiries and/or directing enquiries where required.
  • Making primary contact with referred clients, providing information on our programs and making client bookings.
  • Completing program specific administration tasks including record keeping, client data entry and management of program documentation.
  • Working closely with our Health & Wellness team to promote and ensure program satisfaction for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assisting with other administration duties for the Health & Wellness team where required.

About you

  • Demonstrated understanding of Community Transition Care & Short Term Restorative Care program guidelines.
  • Previous administrative experience in a similar role would be beneficial.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Demonstrated understanding of a person centred approach when supporting clients.
  • A basic knowledge of the requirements of the Aged Care Standards as are applicable to the role.
  • A Certificate in Administration is not essential but will be highly regarded.
