- Full Time / Term Contract up to 07 March 2025**Overview:The Strategy Lead, Health Strategy reports to the Director, Strategy and is responsible for providing strategic and project leadership for the development and implementation of the statewide strategies, projects and other reform initiatives.
The Strategy Lead, Health Strategy will:
- Oversee the planning, project management and delivery of high-profile and complex whole of system strategic projects and other reform initiatives, using expert strategic policy and project management skills, knowledge and experience within a health system context.
- Undertake project planning, including developing systems, processes and tools to support monitoring and delivery of strategies, projects and other initiatives using expert project management skills, knowledge and experience within a health system context.
- Undertake comprehensive stakeholder engagement and consultation with Local Health Networks (LHN) and other internal and external stakeholders to coordinate and support the development of strategies, projects and other initiatives and to monitor and report on achievement of identified outcomes.
- Analyse and conceptualise complex health policy problems, formulate appropriate solutions and provide robust, timely and accurate briefings and reports to senior executive.
