About the role


As an Administrative Operations Specialist, you will report directly to the Operations Manager, assisting a dynamic team of operators and project personnel in administrative tasks and operational coordination.


  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments within the company
  • Efficiently handle incoming calls and promptly address customer inquiries
  • Facilitation of travel and accommodation bookings for personnel
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation bookings for contractors and staff.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and in a timely manner
  • Generate and analyse reports as required
  • Ensure compliance with relevant documentation and regulations
  • Offer ad hoc assistance on projects as needed

About you

  • Strong dedication to providing exceptional customer service and ability to collaborate effectively within a team
  • Proficiency in managing large volumes of data with precision
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Exceptional organisational skills, including time management and multitasking abilities
  • Adaptability and flexibility in managing priorities within a fastpaced environment
  • Previous experience in similar busy work environments preferred
