    Currently, we are looking for candidates to fill the following roles:

    • Site Managers

    These positions provide valuable exposure to various projects and learning opportunities.

    If you join us as a Site Manager or Supervisor, your tasks will include:

    • Supervising day-to-day operations and managing subcontractors, labourers, and materials
    • Ensuring projects are delivered as per scope, timelines, and financial goals
    • Attending project sites and participating in meetings
    • Monitoring construction for accuracy and quality
    • Planning and forecasting project activities and resources efficiently
    • Managing project variations and tracking progress

    To succeed in this role, you need:

    • 3 - 5 years' site management experience
    • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
    • Client service focus, multitasking abilities, and self-motivation
