THE OPPORTUNITY
This is a newly created position which is a direct result of continued growth.

Reporting to the Head of Mobilisation, you will be responsible for the successful mobilisation and implementation of new business, ensuring all contracts are onboarded according to City partners specifications.


Your key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Liaise with City partners and internal functions, coordinating all activities required for the delivery of effective mobilisation.
  • Application of project management methodology and governance to manage, timeframes, contractual deliverables, and approval gates.
  • Professionally lead the management of mobilisation risk, issues and mitigation strategies.
  • Successful postmobilisation stabilisation support of new business to businessasusual operations
  • Support business development activities, including development of materials to support submissions i.e. project plans, written material etc)

To be considered for this role be/have:

  • A degree in Business, Project Management or similar
  • preferred.
  • Knowledge of or background in working in a Facilities Management environment highly desirable
  • Successfully delivered Facilities Management related mobilisations projects.
  • Exceptional communicator, with strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Extensive knowledge in scoping, time, cost and risk management, procurement, stakeholder management, and successful integration.
  • An accountable and agile learner who can actively demonstrate sound judgement.
  • Advanced Microsoft suite skills
