Government department tasked with making life easier, accessible, and equitable for thousands of individuals and families across Australia. Currently seeking an Onboarding Facilitator to join their busy team for a 12-months temporary assignment.

About the role:

As an Onboarding Facilitator, you will be responsible for delivering learning programs through digital learning and virtual platforms, including MS Teams, and seeking feedback, identifying and reporting trends

As well as:

Maintaining technical knowledge of best practice across capability and learning, innovations in learning and technology, and contributing to the development or continuous improvement of learning projects.
Contributing knowledge, skills, and experience to the implementation of technical, vocational and on the job learning programs.
Resolving enquiries relating to learning programs and activities.
Updating and maintaining the administration of the Learning Management System (LMS).

About you:

Demonstrated experience in facilitation, specifically onboarding /inductions who can hit the ground running for a large facilitation project
Previous experience in learning development, training, capability, or instructional design
Strong stakeholder engagement skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a virtual team
