Job Requirements

Due to our clients continued growth, they are looking for a well seasoned and experienced blue collar recruiter to join their team.

This is a permanent position and ideally suited to a person that likes to advise and champion new systems and ways of recruiting.

With the right drive to succeed and ability to lead, this position has plenty of career growth.

Everyday duties include the below:

Coordinate end to end recruitment activities
Ability to use LinkedIn, SEEK and various other recruitment systems
Future proof the business through strategic workforce planning
Ensure accurate data management and reports
Conflict resolution
Strong negotiation skills

Essential Criteria

Previous experience in high volume Blue-Collar Recruitment, ideally 3+ years
Strong Civil, Construction and Mining industry knowledge (
highly regarded).
Attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work unsupervised
Competency in all aspects of MS Office Suite
Permanent work rights in Australia
Ability to pass a pre employment medical and drug and alcohol assessment
Driver's License and own vehicle.
Current Police clearance.
Covid 19 vaccinations
