The Opportunity

We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the Newborn Hearing Screening Program team as
Principal Project Officer in a
full time capacity,
until 1 April 2025.

This is an exciting new position within the Newborn Hearing Screening Program. This role is essential to the successful roll out of the new statewide hearing screening Beraphone fleet.

The Principal Project Officer, Newborn Hearing Screening Program will provide leadership, coordination and support for the rollout of a new hearing screening device across South Australian Birthing Hospitals and Child and Family Health Service.

To be successful in this role you will:

Possess a high level of interpersonal, written and verbal communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Proven experience in undertaking projects, including collecting, analysing, consolidating and reporting on data/information from a variety of sources;
Knowledge of project management principles, change management practices and administrative processes in a large, complex organisation.
