About the RoleWorkPac are currently seeking an experienced Project Earthworks Supervisor to deliver operational support in remote exploration environments.
The team is responsible for planning and coordinating earthworks in preparation for the construction and rehabilitation of tracks and drill sites.
This role is offering a flexible family-friendly roster incorporating 12 days in the field, 2 days Perth office based and 7 days off.
This role is a great opportunity for someone with proven a proven Field Earthworks background and field experience to play a vital role within the Operations support team.
The Project operations officer - Earthworks must enjoy irregular travel and being part of the exploration teams and working in remote locations but must also have a background in Remote Earthworks, the coordination of logistics and operational requirements.
Responsibilities:
Training/coaching less experienced team members with HSEC policies and procedures as well as operating skills.
Leading small teams of contractors and camp field staff.
Supervisor of Earthworks contractors in the field, including establishment of access tracks, drill site pads and rehabilitation.
Working with Project Managers and Ground disturbance approval team in understanding project requirements to advise, plan and implement, project operational support and logistics needs.
Supervising and overseeing the work of contractors in the field to ensure adherence to compliance, Health, Safety, Environment and Community (HSEC) and project standards.
A commitment to Heath and safely and environment, and the ability to encourage a work ethic amongst team members that promotes a safe, healthy, and incident free workplace.

Field Supervisory experience is preferred.
Modern Leadership style (collaborative) managing a small exploration team made of contractors and RTX staff
Safety has to be at the heart of what we do.
Day to day camp EW equipment logistics.
Basic computer skills, excel, Word, GIS, This cab taught
EW experience is nice but not necessary
