About the Company


Market leading Logistics business based in Rhodes is seeking an experienced HR Analyst to join their team on a full-time permanent basis commencing immediately.

About the Position

Work with HR team on forward thinking reporting strategies to help identify business trends;
Assist with HR system implementations;
Produce dashboards on working hours, compliance, trends etc.;
Provide support in C&B programs;
Assist with general HR enquiries; and

Provide HR administration support with onboarding letters etc.

About You

Previous experience in Human Resources performing the above duties;
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources;
PowerBI experience essential;
Strong MS Office and reporting skills;
Exceptional attention to detail; and

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
