THE ROLE
Our client is a leading Australian food manufacturer of proteins across retail and food service sectors. They are currently going through a strong growth period.

Their site is

based in inner-city Brisbane, approx. 20mins, east of the CBD.
As a production coordinator you will be

providing

leadership on the night shift.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Optimise daily plant production against KPI's
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, efficiency and reduce costs
Ensure compliance with all food safety standards
Oversee shift operations and ensure safety across the site, with any safety hazards being reported

BACKGROUND

Previous leadership experience within an FMCG environment
Understanding of Food Safety regulatory requirements
Strong communication and time management skills
