About the Company
Global Logistics business based in Western Sydney are seeking an expeirenced Recruitment Coordinator to be part of their wider people and culture team.
About the Position
Reporting into the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
Manage the ATS System fo the team;
Champion internal recruitment process including data entry of position codes & compliance checks;
Reporting & compliance;
Process Improvements for systems;
Compliance auditing;
Invoicing - validating details and data entry; and
Support with end to end recruitment.
Previous experience as a HR OR Recruitment Administrator performing the above duties;
Excellent attention to detail;
Strong administration & compliance experience; and
Intermediate skills using MS Office programs inc Excel, Word & Outlook.

$68,000 - $70,000 + Super + annual bonus;
