Our client, one of Australia's leading charities, is looking for a Process Analyst to join their team on a 6-month daily rate contract.
You will be a part of a Digital Transformation program, aimed at improving engagement between the business and the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Asses business requirements and make evidencebased recommendations to support process improvement.
- Crossfunctional process design.
- Current state to future state analysis.
- Utilise process mapping tools to plan and manage visual description of current and future workflows.
- Facilitate process workshops and document information elicited using process maps.
- Engage with key stakeholders to set goals and create reports based on recommendations.
Key Skills Required:
- 3+ years experience and expertise in process analysis and redesign.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate employee needs, internal workflows and business processes.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret complex data and business metrics.
- Demonstrated ability to document business process modelling activities for future reference.
