Our client, one of Australia's leading charities, is looking for a Process Analyst to join their team on a 6-month daily rate contract.

You will be a part of a Digital Transformation program, aimed at improving engagement between the business and the community.

Key Responsibilities:

Asses business requirements and make evidencebased recommendations to support process improvement.
Crossfunctional process design.
Current state to future state analysis.
Utilise process mapping tools to plan and manage visual description of current and future workflows.
Facilitate process workshops and document information elicited using process maps.
Engage with key stakeholders to set goals and create reports based on recommendations.

Key Skills Required:

3+ years experience and expertise in process analysis and redesign.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to evaluate employee needs, internal workflows and business processes.
Demonstrated ability to interpret complex data and business metrics.
Demonstrated ability to document business process modelling activities for future reference.
