About the Role
We are currently looking for multiple experienced Plant Operators to join the WEM Civil team including:

  • Excavator Operator
  • Dump Truck Operator
  • Grader Operator
  • Scraper Operator
  • Vac Truck / Hydroseeder


We have a strong portfolio of works with multiple projects underway across Sydney's Northwest and Southwest, Hunter and Illawarra regions.


These positions require a sound working knowledge of the operations of Plant Machinery and the construction of Bulk Earthworks projects.


The requirements of this position are:

  • Demonstrated experience in plant operations
  • A valid Construction White Card
  • A valid Drivers' Licence, with the ability to travel across sites
  • Ability to undertake daily required servicing of machinery
  • Working safely and complying with all site safety standards
