An opportunity now exists for a qualified
Diagnostic Technician to join our team at
Keystar Kippa - Ring
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering quality workmanship for the servicing of
vehicles within a timely manner.
You will also deliver the highest level of customer satisfaction, ensuring Keystar is the most customer centric automotive retailer in Australia.
On a day to day basis you will be responsible for:
- Diagnose and fix any technical problems with the vehicles
- General servicing and maintenance of vehicles
- Identifying and repairing technical issues
- Identifying additional work as required
- Correctly completing all work as per Manufacturer Repair Times Guide and Inchcape Automotive Retail standards
- Ensure all quality and safety checks are completed on the vehicle prior to end of job road testing
- Road testing vehicles
- Completing quality and timely work to meet Customer needs as per Repair Order instructions
- Conducting quality checks on all work
- Perform adhoc duties as required, such as part pick up, customer pick up and drop off, cleaning
About you:
- Experience in the brand is preferable
- Previous experience in an automotive technician position
- A current driver's licence
- Qualified technician
- Be passionate about the brand
- Ability to work in a busy service centre
- Be reliable and have a good work ethic
- Have good eye for detail
- Be able to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Excellent organisational skills
