OUR FACILITIES:

Our main manufacturing and operations base is located at YATALA in Queensland (between the Gold Coast and Brisbane). We are only a 10 minute drive North of Dreamworld on the M1 Motorway.


WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

This person will support our operations by displaying excellent customer service skills and a high degree of administrative competence.


Success in the role relies on timely, accurate and professional dealings (telephonic, written and interpersonal) while balancing varying work demands and having the ability to seek assistance when required.


Core duties include:

  • Answering and redirecting all telephone calls promptly, using a multiline switchboard.
  • Welcoming all visitors to the front counter, determining the nature of their business.
  • Answering basic questions about our organisation and providing customers with frequently requested information.
  • Sorting, scanning, inputting and filing invoices, orders and company documentation.
  • Coordinating dispatch items and managing paperwork to other Triple M Locations and external companies.
  • Assisting in end of month activities as required.
  • Demonstrating a flexibility and willingness to assist other departments where required.
  • Displaying a work ethic and approach that is professional and skilled, with an emphasis on using personal initiative as a means to continued role success.

The successful applicant must display:

  • Recent and demonstrated reception and administrationbased work experience.
  • A good level of skill working in the MS Office suite (Word, Outlook, Excel).
  • Punctuality, Reliability, Available to work Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and presentation a selfstarter, who can assist others when time permits.
  • A keen eye for detail previous experience with data entry, invoicing or order entry will be highly regarded.
  • A current resume with at least 2 recent referees.
