The Company
Our client is a long standing FMCG products distributor established 35+ years ago, based in South West Sydney. They distribute and supply a variety of products across multiple retail channels.
The Role
Reporting to the National Inventory Manager, the Inventory Coordinator will manage the accuracy and accountability of all inventories in the warehouse and ensures agreed fulfilment parameters are met.
Responsibilities
- Ensure and maintain product location integrity
- Investigate all discrepancies and issues within predetermined time frames
- Perform regular stock and price adjustments
- Ensure that stock receipting accuracy is maintained to the highest level
- Manage and control accurate inventory of stock
- Investigating & processing customer credits
- Liaise with purchasing department on incoming stock and pricing
- Liaise with sales reps on stock level issues
Skills and Experience
- 2+ years experience in inventory
- FMCG industry experience highly desirable
- Effective communication
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Strong systems abilities
