About the positions on offer
We are currently seeking an Accounts Administrator to provide support to the Projects and Finance teams within Shared Services. This is a permanent full-time position.


Key responsibilities and accountabilities include

  • Raise Purchase Requisitions
  • Goods receipting
  • Match invoices in Vendor Management System
  • Process expenses and employee reimbursements
  • General administrative & office duties
  • Assist in other areas of Administration and Finance where required
  • Develop and maintain a good relationship with logistics, admin/finance team and vendors

Your Experience

  • Previous experience in a similar role desirable
  • Knowledge of SAP highly desirable
  • Intermediate Word and Excel Skills
  • Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment
  • High levels of attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise and complete work within established timelines
  • Team Player
