Responsibilities:
- Facilitate new program training and provide support to staff for problemsolving.
- Possess experience in customer service or a learning and development field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Selfmotivated and proactive, with the ability to provide timely resolution and responsiveness.
Requirements:
- Indepth knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of programs.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to provide support, advice and guidance to staff.
- Proven experience in training and facilitating new programs.
- Strong customer service or learning and development experience.
- Possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly motivated and proactive, with a proven track record of providing timely resolution and responsiveness.
