Group Security protects the bank and our customers from theft, loss and risk events, through effective and proactive management of cyber security, privacy, fraud, physical security and operational risk.

Your work will drive improved situational awareness and promote informed decision-making amongst our senior leaders.


Responsibilities include:


  • Develop and implement communications plans with a focus on content planning.
  • Develop strong working relationships with leaders from across Group Security to provide strategic communication advice and support, enabling them to develop their understanding of communication and enhance their skills.
  • Measure and continue to evolve communications programs, and identify potential gaps.
  • Monitor internal and external environments for potential issues and reputational risk.

We are interested in hearing from people who have experience in:

  • Content planning ,strategy and communications
  • Complex environments working, building and managing relationships with stakeholders from across the business (including senior and Csuite)..
  • Prioritising a backlog of work based on risk and an evolving threat landscape.

You will:


  • Have a research mindset and curiosity to explore and disaggregate complex problems.
  • Be confident and have the ability to work independently and to manage/execute tasks within set timeframes.
