Generous salary range from $93,295- $102,941 p.a + super (Clerk Grade 5/6)?


Property and Development NSW (PDNSW) is responsible for the management and delivery of large scale or complex real estate projects, transactions, workplace strategy, design and delivery, and manages the state's significant property portfolio.

The experienced team use proven development and project management practices to deliver projects and transactions to meet Government objectives in accordance with Government policy.


About the role


The Commercial Development & Management team within PDNSW are seeking a Development Co-ordinator to support the development, project management and delivery of commercial fitout and workplace projects.

The Commercial Development & Management team delivers consistent, efficient, flexible, agile and dynamic workplaces across the whole of Government.

In this role you will support the team to provide optimal project outcomes and to deliver commercial workplaces projects.

The role will provide exposure and experience working on a range of projects from inception to delivery management.? Projects typically involve lease negotiations, stakeholder engagement, budget management, consultant procurement, design including environmentally sustainable design, planning approvals, construction procurement, delivery management and defects close out.

Experience in property, construction and project management including procurement management is beneficial.


You will perform research, due diligence, procurement activities, budget management and provide administrative support to deliver a wide variety of exciting workplace and development projects.

You will have the opportunity to collaborate with a range of internal and external stakeholders to assist in making informed recommendations to your project lead.


About You


To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum of 2-3 years' experience in property, construction or project management, supported by the relevant qualifications.

You will be a highly motivated self-starter that takes initiative and strives for best results for you, your team and stakeholders.

You will value collaboration and have strong communication both verbal and written.
