ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic person to join our fast-growing, diverse and dynamic team.


As our Loan Support you will be an integral part of our Sales Division, working directly with our customers and providing support to the Sales Specialists.

You will have an opportunity to contribute directly to the success of our fast-growing business.

This role has a clearly defined progression path, where your potential has no limit


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide customers and partners with excellent customer service;
  • Contact prequalified customers to determine their needs;
  • Complete adhoc administrative tasks;

ABOUT YOU:
You have a 'can-do' attitude and are keen to support our team's growth. You also have a strong customer focus and strong relationship building skills.

In addition to this you have:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • A confident, positive manner, especially over the phone;
  • You are proactive and play as part of a team
