The International Portfolio is responsible for leading the University's international growth, engagement and the establishment of new international education and commercial enterprises.

It manages the University's principal international partnerships, and it develops and supports international relationships that:

enhance the University's global reputation; grow international student participation and income; deliver high quality transnational education programs; attract students to the University through international partnerships and pathways; secure access to new resources for research and research students; and, enables student and staff mobility for collaboration with international partners.

The portfolio performs strategic planning and development functions in very close conjunction with Schools to support their success in the diverse activities which exemplify ECU's Internationalisation.

The Role


International Business Operations is seeking a suitably experienced analyst with knowledge of international education, for the position of International Partner Performance Analyst.


Working with broad direction, the role will be at the forefront of development of data models, capabilities and functions that enable evidence-based decision making and strategic insights which support international recruitment activities, planning and direction.


In addition, as the primary curator of international performance dashboards and improvement initiatives, the role will work closely with stakeholders to strengthen data integrity and quality processes associated with international education data.

The position will also support performance reviews and reporting through the provision of appropriate data, reports and insights as required.


You will also demonstrate personal attributes that are congruent with the University's values of Integrity, Respect, Rational Inquiry, Courage and Personal Excellence.


Key Criteria:


A degree with at least 4 years subsequent experience or equivalent gained from a combination of experience, training or professional accreditation.

Proven track record in business intelligence, analytics, or data-related roles.


Proven experience in anticipating and resolving problems and ability to demonstrate a proactive approach in initiating action to deal with challenges when they arise.

Experience in managing and improving key metrics or performance indicators in a sales or sales-related environment.


Demonstrated experience using business intelligence tools such as Tableau, PowerBI to create actionable insights to support sales activities, reporting or benchmarking.

Benefits & Remuneration

This full time, ongoing position attracts remuneration of $97,113 to $108,813 (HEW 7) plus 17% University superannuation contribution.
