Hatch is supporting Nearmap to find a great Enterprise Customer Success Manager (SaaS) to join their Sales and Customer Success team.

About the role at Nearmap
This is a new role as part of our Go-To-Market strategy.

Reporting into the General Manager of Commercial Enterprise ANZ, you will be responsible for a strategic portfolio of Enterprise customers, understanding their needs, providing your insights and delivering comprehensive engagement for your customers.

You will be our customer advocate, ensuring the highest level of engagement, satisfaction and loyalty.


With customer retention and success as your main objectives, you will be able to identify churn risks and growth opportunities as you work with the account team to support a smooth renewal process.

You will also act as the voice of the customer internally at Nearmap, providing feedback and insights on how we can better serve our customers.

$60, $120,000.00 per year
