Service Optimisation Lead - Central

    We are currently seeking an experienced Service Optimisation Lead to join our team in Adelaide, SA.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to the below:

  • Forecasting of parts consumption within the service department
  • Bridge between service and inventory to ensure healthy level of stock is maintained
  • Job scoping
  • Planning of major works either field or workshop to ensure a broader understanding of the workload
  • Monitoring warranty processing and follow up as required
  • Maintaining our job data base to ensure accessibility to information regarding machine builds and midlifes across the country
  • Ensure efficiencies across all job processes
  • Supporting internal team with SHEQ and compliance related tasks

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in mining industry or similar
  • Trade qualification in mechanical, heavy diesel, electrical or hydraulic or similar
  • Project Management experience including MS Project
  • Demonstrated skills in process, systems and optimisation
  • An unrelenting safety focus
  • A strong customer perspective
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly analytical and detailed with a strategic mindset
  • Problemsolving ability, diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to handle and work under pressure
