What's the role?
The People Movement Coordinator is one of the most impactful roles supporting our Prelude offshore facility.

In this role you will be working across the end-to-end People Movement Process to include all elements of coordinating the master roster, fixed wing, helicopter, and accommodation management.


This role will suit a high energy, motivated individual that has a passion for logistics, people movement and can effectively collaborate and communicate cross functionally.

In return you will form part of a high performing team working alongside passionate and vibrant individuals, that are all working towards the same goal to meet daily operational demands.


Key accountabilities:


  • Controlling the Master Roster including roster changes, personnel allocations, data quality and reporting.
  • Managing the fixed wing and accommodation booking process ensuring bookings are made as per the contractual windows.
  • Monitoring the Helicopter flight schedule ensuring flights are executed as per the schedule, and managing unplanned situations (e.g. aircraft unavailability, payload availability, weather)
  • Focal point and super user for People Movement related IT tools (e.g. VPOB)
  • Develop key stakeholder relationships with the Operations team and Aircraft Services to develop solutions to manage planned and unplanned events.
  • Involvement in continuous improvement initiatives to identify and drive performance improvements.

To be successful in this role


You will ideally have demonstrated experience in a logistics planning and or aviation operations position, with strong relationship engagement and influencing skills to manage unplanned requests.


This opportunity will suit someone that is engaging, highly organised and self-motivated, with a natural ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to change and unplanned requests under tight time constraints.


The roster for this role is Monday - Friday, however as this is an operational role, evening and weekend work can be expected during unplanned events.


There will also be a requirement to hold the
On Call phone once a month for outside office hours requests.

Flexible work options may also be considered.
