About the Gaming Crew:

Our diverse and friendly team are knowledgeable in all things gaming and know what it takes to provide customer service that is second to none.

Our team are sociable, helpful and like to enjoy a laugh whilst clocking up some steps on our busy gaming floor.

The day-to-day:

Our Gaming Attendants provide the ultimate customer service experience across our gaming services (including TAB and Keno), ensuring the gaming floor is clean and well-presented and that our harm minimization strategies are upheld through our compliance standards.

Our perfect fit:

Someone who has a passion for delivering high quality service with a warm and naturally engaging personality. We are looking for someone who is helpful, outgoing and enjoys working within a team.

Whilst holding and RSA and RCG Competency Card is essential, you don't necessarily have to have previous gaming experience in order to be considered.

Our supportive and knowledgeable team are here to help with on-the-job training.

As our Gaming floor is operational across days, nights and weekends, we are ideally looking for someone who is able to work across varying days and hours.
