We currently have a great opportunity for an enthusiastic Accounts Payable Officer to provide support to our branches nationally and Network Support Centre in North Ryde.

This role is a full-time opportunity and is based in our head office in North Ryde.

A typical day will involve

Management of rejected invoices
Supplier enquiries
Reconciliation of overdue accounts
Branch enquiries on supplier payments

A bit about you

High volume accounts payable experience
Excel spreadsheets
Purchase order and invoice matching experience
Ability to liaise confidently with internal and external customers
Experience using Oracle is preferred but not essential

This role will suit a confident communicator who has experience working within a busy Accounts Payable team. Individuals that are customer focused with a passion for AP and learning will succeed within this team.
