As Manager, Regional Infrastructure, Infrastructure and Regional Strategy you have the opportunity to facilitate improved infrastructure pipeline sequencing and timing along a regional growth corridor.

You will contribute to ensuring Queensland's infrastructure investments are aligned across agencies, infrastructure providers and local councils to jointly deliver infrastructure when needed to support sustainable growth in Queensland's fastest growing region.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Implement priority actions of the South East Queensland Infrastructure Supplement, including pilot Regional Growth Corridor Plans for infrastructure coordination to support growth. Influence program delivery by identifying potential project risks and developing mitigation strategies to minimise adverse impacts to the infrastructure program. Actively participate in, where appropriate, highlevel forums and committees with government, industry and other stakeholders where direction and negotiation is required to support successful regional infrastructure outcomes. Ensure the translation of key policy agendas and priorities into specific services and products, such as Regional Growth Corridor Plans, that will achieve outcomes and support the State's infrastructure and land use aspirations. Provide positive and strategic leadership to the Regional Infrastructure team through effective visioning, capability development, performance management, staff engagement and resource deployment. Manage financial and other resources of the Regional Infrastructure team within budget, timeframes and government standards.
