Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Entry Level Customer Service Representative.
Duties include:
- Customer service: phone based role
- Entering customer invoices and producing picking slips
- Administration tasks as management requires
- General data entry and administration
- Assisting in the submission of customer quotes
- Provide assistance to our account managers
- Product research/providing information to customers
- Maintaining and updating information in our software
Job Types:
Full-time, Casual, Temp to perm
Salary:
$ $29.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Supplemental pay types:
- Overtime pay
