Key Responsibilities:


  • Set up supplier accounts, processing invoices and ensuring account details are accurate and uptodate
  • Performing monthly supplier statement reconciliations across all accounts
  • Working with the construction team to provide regular costing updates
  • General accounts payable and receivable admin
  • Working within the wider team to ensure accuracy across accounts data
  • Set up new customer accounts and process invoices as required
  • Build and maintain great rapport with company staff and clients
  • Helping the Business Manager with general Admin duties as required
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, a CPA or CMA certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience in financial management, within the construction or property development industry.
  • Strong knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools, including Excel, QuickBooks and Jobpac.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy and integrity.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fastpaced work environment.
