  • Full timeWe're working with a long established Brisbane law firm that are looking for a fulltime Legal Secretary to join their Commercial Litigation team.
As a Legal Secretary, you will work as part of a high-performing team covering Commercial Litigation and Insolvency matters.


This role would be suitable for an intermediate or senior legal secretary who has experience with billing and court documents / brief creation.


What work will you do?

  • Document preparation and amendments;
  • Communication and correspondence with clients and third party providers; and
  • Administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the matters inc monthly billing.

What type of person will be successful?

  • Someone with a background working as a legal secretary, ideally in litigation;
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with all levels of stakeholders; and
  • A mindset and a drive to deliver on high standards.
