About Them:

ACRWORLD have been working exclusively with this leading construction company based in the Sydney CBD. This highly regarded business going to from strength to strength, running a successful business incorporating a large community presence. With many HR projects happening this business is now looking to take on an experienced HR Generalist.

The great thing about this role is it will allow for complete autonomy and allow the next HR professional to "run things their way" as per what the General Manager said.

This company is all about team work and incorporate a flat structure with an open door policy.


The Role:

The main purpose of this role is to take

full ownership of the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment, organizational culture and values, employee relations, organisational effectiveness, employee recognition, performance appraisals & HR strategy across both businesses. You will be reporting into the GM who is very charastmatic and straight forward and he needs you today to make sure everything runs smoothly


Your day to day should look like...

  • Manage the entire recruitment process from advertisement through to onboarding and all associated duties.
  • Provide quality and timely advice to managers and employees in the areas of: performance management, disciplinary processes, formal complaints and grievances
  • Establish and maintain relationships within regional Leadership Team to stay abreast of HR related needs.
  • Assist in the development, review and rollout of all HR related policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Assist in maintaining and developing the company HRIS.
  • Work with the Payroll Controller to ensure changes to remuneration (and related information) are communicated and implemented accurately and effectively.
  • Coach, train and advise managers in the implementation of HR strategy, policies, processes, and industrial instruments to continuously improve on people's leadership and HR management skills.

You will need.

  • Experience in a role as a HR Advisor or Manager looking for a part time role
  • Exposure to and experience with the full employee life cycle, both at a strategic and operational level
  • Passionate about all things culture, people & employee experience
  • Have a good sense of humour
  • Time management and planning skills
  • Highlevel communication (written and oral) skills.
  • The ability to be flexible, adaptable and diplomatic.
  • The ability to selfmotivate and motivate a team
